Birth Doula & Lactation

Arlene is a Naturopathic Doctor, Birth Doula, and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Her goal is to help families feel confident going into labour and parenthood. She presents evidence-based information in a non-judgemental way that is easy to understand. After completing an Honours Bachelor of Science at McMaster University, she graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and completed further education in Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Her current practice revolves around reproductive health including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and lactation.
