About Your Downtown Doula

Who We Are

Your Downtown Doula is a collective of regulated healthcare professionals who provide expert care in doula support, perinatal services, and education throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Everyone on our team is a registered health care provider — that means your practitioner has extensive medical training and a scope of practice well beyond that of a typical doula. We bring clinical expertise, warmth, and genuine care to every family we work with.

Collectively, our team has many decades of experience attending births. This means you benefit from this collective experience regardless of which team member works with you. Our team model also allows practitioners to consult with each other in real time, so you always have access to the full breadth of our expertise.

We serve families across the Greater Toronto Area with in-home, in-office, and virtual care. Our services may be covered under your extended health benefits as naturopathic care, and we direct bill to most insurance providers.
